Abstract

Since there is a mutual influence between perceptions and emotions, the way humans view and approach various crises, issues, and problems plays a significant role in resilience, anxiety, and emotional regulation. The Holy Qur'an emphasizes this point in several verses, stating that the process of human growth is connected to and dependent on the model through which a person confronts and interprets crises. If a person understands that in the path of growth, they must inevitably experience hardship, and knows that just as it is God who alleviates and removes hardship, it is also God who imposes it, and that everything that emanates from God, due to the identity of God Almighty with perfection, makes hardship an essential part of that perfection. For this reason, a person will no longer be disturbed by confronting crises and difficulties; instead, they will creatively seek solutions to problems in order to cultivate new growth and experiences that shape their thoughts and character along their ascendant path. Since in the realm of the philosophy of suffering, the highest role of emotional management is linked to the place of awareness, it is essential to seek guidance from the divine revelation, which holds the highest truth in providing awareness. In this paper, using an analytical method and library tools, we aim to interpret and explain the verses of the Qur'an to achieve peace and the linguistics of human crises.
